Starting your career in the medical device industry is a smart choice. As a trainee at Fortimedix Surgical you will have the opportunity to be a part of our very talented team of specialists working on the development of a brand new surgical product line that challenges the status quo in minimally invasive surgery. During the traineeship your tasks will consist of optimizing, maintaining and supporting manufacturing processes for the Production of medical devices, as well as implementing product, process and equipment changes. You will also participate in challenging projects like developing new devices or equipment, building pilot processes or determining root causes.
An extensive introduction program and assessment are part of the traineeship to compose a personal development plan, fitting your profile and ambitions.
Qualifications & competencies
- Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering/Biomedical Engineering/Industrial Engineering or similar
- Having a fresh approach to technical topics
- Mastering the English language
- A maximum of 3 years of work experience
- Looking at questions from different perspectives and dare to bring less obvious solutions
- Strong analytical skills
- Hands-on mentality
